Singular Tannat Rocamadre 2021

Tannat made with grapes from the plot located at the highest point of the vineyard (125 meters above sea level), where the conditions are extreme in soil and climate. The plants reach a lower vegetative expression and therefore the yield is low.
 
With practically no organic matter to feed on, the vines are forced to explore their roots among the stone in a low degree of decomposition. A unique red wine, born from the Mother Rock.
