We work the plots especially throughout the year to prepare this blend, which seeks to be a genuine expression of the fruit that the Atlantic vineyard of Cerro del Toro produces.

 

In this vintage, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Tannat were produced separately, the latter was also co-fermented with a percentage of Viognier.

 

The work in the winery sought to subtly extract the fruit and structure of a wine with marked acidity and natural freshness, which had no contact with oak.
